Do you answer calls in my Company Name?

Yes. Calls are always answered in your company name.

So how does it work?

The Answer Centre issues you with a telephone number unique to your company.
Using our advanced telephony system, our operators know which company the call
is for and answer the call accordingly. All calls are answered courteously and
professionally by our trained staff.

Will you hold information about my company?

Yes.Using our integrated Computer Telephony (CTI) system, our operators will
have full access to information about your company and the individuals within
it, thus allowing them to handle your calls accurately and efficiently.

Can I decide when to divert my calls to you?

Yes. If you use the BT Divert service to divert your calls to The Answer Centre
then simply enter *21* to divert all of your calls to us, or *67*(overflow)
to only divert when your line is busy. If you wish to advertise the number
supplied by The Answer Centre rather than a diverted number then The Answer
Centre will answer all of your calls.Yes.

What happens out of office hours?

Out of office hours you can either stop diverting your number to The Answer
Centre or else have your calls answered by our voicemail system. Your voicemail
box will have a greeting personalised for your company and you may change
this at any time.

How can you get messages to me?

There are a number of options, and we can tailor the service to suit your
specific requirements. One option is for The Answer Centre operator to seamlessly
transfer and announce the call to you at any location (e.g. home or mobile
number). This gives the caller the impression that you have your own receptionist
in your own building.

Alternatively, if you would prefer us to simply take a message then we can
do that and put the message onto your personal voicemail box. You may ring
in to your voicemail at any time and collect your messages. Or we can simply
send you messages by email, fax or text message. The choice is yours.

How long does it take to set up?

Normally we can set the service up within 48 hours.
